This web based service handles all your projects communication associated with different companies, at different position level with one user account. It is as simple as using an email account, but YoTask is not a mailing service, its a Task Management System.

An example will make you understand better.
Suppose you are executing several projects at a time for your company with many team members involved. Through YoTask you can send Tasks to team members & after the Task is completed by the team members they willl close the tasks assigned to them. This way it will be easy for you to track the work done as well as pending work by any user.
You can do this for several associated companies. YoTask helps you to better coordinate all your projects and communications under one web based Task Management System.

When some user adds you in his/her network or his/her asscoiated network, you will be able to see the group of companies displayed on the home page after you login, this companies are your associated companies.

How can I Add user and where will the user be added?
|

Answer:

|
To add any user you need to go to Add user option on the left menu.
But before adding any user you need to deside under whose network you want to add the user. Under your company or to any of your associated company. If its under your company you can go directly to Add user option, and if you want to add user to any of your associated companyies network than you need to first get into that respective associated company. When you will be adding any user, you have to select his/her Level, Designation, Rights and Department.

How does selecting Level for any user help you?

Answer:

Selecting level will help you to add that user under any user and as you go on adding user under any user the level will expand on its own and you will be able to see the network as an Organizational chart. To view and example Click Here .

Do you need to select designation and department?

Well to add any user it is compulsory to select any designation for that user, other wise by default that user will get (client) as a designation. Department is optional if you want you can.

How will selecting Rights help you?

While adding user, after selecting the level and designation, you have to select rights, which will help you to specify the roles of that user for the respective network. There are total four rights option. Full Rights, Medium Rights, Low Rights and No Rights.

What is the Functionality of Full Rights?

The functionality of Full Rights are, user can add team members any where in the whole respective network, send task any where in the whole respective network and can modify the position of any team member in the Organizational chart.

The Functionality of Medium Rights is that user can add users under his/her branch in the respective network, and can send task any where in the whole respective network.

Can the Rights given once to any user be changed?

Answer:

Yes the Rights given to any user, can be changed as many time as required. The rights can only be changed by users direct parent. For that the parent has to go to My Network and from there need click on the user for whom the rights need to be modified. In that their is a option of Modify RIghts.

My Network is a place where you will be able to view users under your branch, of your or the respective associated company's network. As shown Here

From My Network you can do lot many things, like sending task, view tasks of your branch users under you, modify right, restrict communication, modify network and can delete any user from the network.

What is modify network?
|

Answer:

|
Modify network helps to change the position of any user in your compnay. There are three simple options swap user, shift user and shift network.
Swap user :- helps you to interchange the position of any two user.
Shift user :- helps you to shift user to any other place, with his network or without.
Shift network :- helps you to shift the network of any particular user under any other user.

What is Restrict Communication option and why do I need to use?

Answer:

|
Restrict communication is the option to Restrict communication between two or more users.
For example, ( for any reason you want your client not to talk to other group users so in that case you need to go to Restrict communication option to restrict the client to communicate to other group members)
Only the direct parent can restrict any users communication.

Can any one view tasks of my other associated company's network?

Answer:

No one can view your tasks from other company's networks. Only the parent of the respective associated company can view the tasks.

After you login to your account, you need to go into My Settings option and in that need to click on Change Password option.
